As the title asks, what projects are those who frequent this board working on?
I'm retooling my laptop and gearing up to start the rework of MOD-G. With MOD-G I will also document the entire process to create an in depth users guide for the DOS GCS.

Right now (for the past couple of months) I'm doing a massive cleanout of my computer and console collection. Both software and hardware are being severely recuced. Quality instead of quantity. I'm mostly done with the software part (got rid of about 300-400 games) and now I'm starting to organize the sale of consoles and retro PC parts, which will most likely takt several weeks again. So, there's not really much time for anything else.
When I'm done with that, I'll try to continue cleaning up the place, but at a slower pace. Eventually I'd like to return to my DOS GCS project, for which I've mostly done just experimental stuff. Most likely I'll continue experimenting for a while, since I'd like to be able to create/copy effects that haven't been seen in the DOS GCS before (or weren't executed very well) and ultimately make a game that looks like it can't be done with the DOS GCS.
But before that I'll probably continue with listing and reviewing all the DOS GCS games I've found so far, since there are a couple of gems in there that will give me some good inspiration for my own project.

In the last couple of days, there has been a slight surge of interest concerning the 3D GCS over at the german DOS Forum. Can't say I'm completely innocent, since I've always provided a lot of information whenever I could. Several people have shown interest in the DOS GCS and maybe we'll see some more activity in the 3D GCS scene. At least I'm more motivated again to squeeze a little bit of free time out of my daily schedule to work on my GCS projects. Here's the link (german): www.dosforum.de/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8830

Great to hear!
I'm planning out how I am going to write the in depth GCS guide for building games, that we discussed a while back.
