I was a starry-eyed 16 year old, when I first saw the full page ad in PC Gamer, and I was active in the community right up until Pie in the Sky threw their hands up and walked away. I remember thinking myself so clever, when I figured out how to make weapons that reload after so many shots, just by editing the txt files. I remember the ups and downs of the windows version. The promises made that were never kept. My one regret, is not backing up my original floppies to CD though, as I always had a soft spot for the DOS version and would love to kick the tires around in DOSBox. I don't suppose anyone has that version still laying around somewhere? I've scoured google and turned up nothing but dead links and websites that haven't updated in over a decade.

Welcome! You've come to the right place. I'll see what I can do to dig up a copy of the DOS GCS.
